New England RadioWatch: April 17, 1996
- It turns out the WRKO programming shift was even more dramatic than
I thought. In addition to bumping Charles Adler from his 7-10pm
weeknight slot, Boston's ARS-owned talker has bumped Dr. Phyllis
Levy and "Sex Talk" from that program's 10-midnight slot. The ubiquitous
Dr. Laura Schlessinger moves in there April 29.
- Up in New Hampshire, Nashua's WHOB (106.3) is shifting musical
direction. The former CHR "B106" is now leaning modern-rock, under
the moniker "The Buzz, B106."
